Guest
Villas
Each of the 3 guest villas is private, comfortable and well-equipped. With STARLINK, guests can stay connected, enjoy a working holiday, or switch off entirely. If you have a larger group, you are welcome to book 2-3 of the villas, which are about 200 m apart and an easy 2 minute drive, or 5 minute walk. The bedrooms can have 1 x king bed, or 2 x singles, and we can add extra camping cots for children if needed.
Each villa has a private pool and braii (bbq), and we provide basic tea, coffee and firewood- and our tap water is delicious to drink (from a very deep borehole!) We also have a free mapping app for your phone (like Google), which is linked specifically to our game drive roads and walking trails, so you can't get lost! Once downloaded, it also works without any data!
We look forward to welcoming you!

Manzini Craft Market is 20 minutes away, with dozens of local crafts stalls that tourists and locals enjoy. Check with us to see which days the market is likely to be open.
Private day tours with Mamba Tours or Taman Tours are a great way to see Eswatini, with a local! They can take you to mainstream spots, or lesser known spots.
Hlane Royal National Park offers a great chance to try to see rhino, elephant, lion (lion in large camps). Eswatini is particularly proud of our successful white rhino conservation.
For close-by restaurants, try Gil Vincent or Freshly Ground Salt & Pepper. Both have delicious Portuguese food- the 1st in Manzini, and the 2nd in Matsapha. Freshly Ground has great veggie options and a super vibe, and Gil Vincent has a wonderful, tiny bakery for fresh breads!

Ezulwini & Malkerns Tourist Hubs
Malendelas/House on Fire is an eclectic hub of high-end local shops, a delicious farm-style pub, and the gorgeous and artsy venue for the annual Bushfire Music Festival every end-May. This is definitely worth a visit to Malkerns, a beautiful agricultural valley, just 40 minutes away.
Swazi Candles, Black Mamba Sauces & Sambane Cafe- this is a great stop for local, beautiful shops and crafts stalls. Sambane Cafe is very tasty, and we all love our local Eswatini hot sauce brand- Black Mamba (sauces, condiments, flavours)!
Mantenga Cultural Village in Ezulwini is great for a traditional homestead tour and chance to understand our rich Eswatini culture and history.
Mantenga Lifestyle & Craft Centre, also in Ezulwini, has many lovely shops and 4 restaurants.... try the authentic Italian pizza and pasta options! This is Eswatini's oldest craft centre.
eDladleni Resturant (Place of Food in siSwati) is an interesting spot for a taste of Eswatini cuisine- with many, many local dishes. Explore culture through local food!
Mlilwane Nature Reserve is between Ezulwini and Malkerns and a great option for horse riding in a nature reserve. You also stand a good chance of seeing some very big crocs!

Lobamba Museum is near the Parliamentary buildings in Ezulwini and has some interesting displays on local history and archaeology.
Road-side crafts stalls are scattered around Ezulwini- please ask for more specific locations!

Ezulwini Farmers Market is based at Legend's Backpackers and is usually the 2nd Saturday of each month, weather dependent, from about 9-3 pm.

Mbabane & the Highveld
Sibebe Mountain, down Pine Valley is a tremendous and impressive sheet of granite, which requires a tour guide to climb from the bottom. Our local beer is named after this!
Silverstone Lodge, also in Pine Valley, has a beautiful, easy to access gentle waterfall and tasty restaurant! This is a nice spot to stay if you're looking for Mbabane based accomodation!
Malolotja Nature Reserve is a stunning highveld protected area with steep hikes, waterfalls and breath-taking zip lining. The wildflowers in spring are simply beautiful!
